1) didn't have any probable cause to touch the kid
2) the kid didn't have to tell him shit, telling his address was way too much
3) video recording without consent is illegal, however whether it was the right thing to do is to be determined in court later, not on the spot by the cop
as for the kid... either address the cop "Officer" or stfu and wait for an attorney. nothing, and i repeat, NOTHING you say will play to your advantage. if ya skate where ya ain't suppose to b skatin, at least learn the rules when it comes to cops.
