whites rather ignore blacks, than act "racist"

racism, one of the founding principles of america, has led to many problems in today's society. but now whites rather ignore the blacks, than act as if they are racist! i like to brew controversy on the blog so hear what Northwestern University did a study on:

15 white students to take a simple computer test showing a black face and a white face with the same expression. The students overwhelmingly looked at the black face first, but would quickly move their attention the paleface, apparently a more comforting sight.

should i be mad about this? i think i rather have people be stereotypical towards me, than just ignore me completely, it could make a person feel less like a human if you're totally ostracized...

i dont necessarily think this is true in society overall. honestly do u feel like the majority of white people ignore you

nd racism isnt a founding principal of america...

slavery is a sometimes seen as a form of racism, having others of a certain ethnic background be in service to you, just because of their culture.

slavery played a huge role in the creation of America, we had slavery before we even became our own country... so how is it not a founding principal if most of our founding fathers believed slavery was the way to go?

i see wat ur sayin but they only did a study on 15 white people. so they cant conclude every white person thinks that way

Im not tryin to be racist here, but what if they did it was 15 black students. Would they look at the white first, then shift to the black?

But at the same time I fuckin hate racists so ignoring would be worse

"racism, one of the founding principles of america"
lmao shay i love you for saying that

and like what chase said, yeah i mean we go to long reach, pretty much the most diverse school in hoco, so it's not completely the same here...
try going into glenelg which is literally 88% white (its true!)
BUT
of course i'm not saying that means at a whiter school they could be any more racist than lr.
it just has to do with each individual person, no matter what your school is.

and racism goes beyond just being toward black people or white people .. there are unlimited ethnicities, you know ...
